the grad offsite

Tonight we arrived at the Bowles centre in Tunbridge, Kent.

The firm has organised for all the IT grads to spend three days together in outdoor team-building activities. The program was run by a charismatic northerner named Clive and a team of ex-soldiers (one of which had fought Jean Claude Van Damme in the film Bloodsport).

Activities begin in earnest tomorrow. Tonight we chilled out in the bar and played a lengthy game of darts, followed by a multi-table poker tourney and a little jenga.
