Based on this website and other things I've heard, I'm SIGNING UP WITH 1&1
I've been with Infinology for the past few years now, and they have become downright ridiculous in terms of their service. Even my e-mail is currently not working since earlier today. And their technical support is totally unresponsive. I have contacted them repeatedly for the past 3 weeks about my POP3 e-mail account being hijacked by spammers, and not a single response, and they NEVER answer their phones. 1&1 on the other hand seem like they responded quite well in the end with your issue. I think in relative terms, you got quite good service actually. I just phone their technical support line to see how good it was, and someone answered within a few minutes. Your experience seems to be quite tame compared to that of other webhosts I've been reading about on the Internet. I'm signing up with 1&1 this weekend I reckon. Infinology can go and stick it up their fcuking asses. [Jason Payne] [reply]
