    I can sympathise with the stress that you've had trying to get support from 1&1. I've had a very similar story with Linksys regarding wireless network print servers - 4 months down the line and they keep telling me that a supervisor will call me back to confirm that I can have a returns number .... but no-one ever contacts me. My experience of 1&1 customer service has, in contrast, been very good. I run a number of accounts with them and, when I called to cancel one of them (we'd decided to run the web server in-house instead), they refunded the unused portion of that quarter's charges (which I had only just paid). I wasn't expecting that and it's always nice to get more service than you were hoping for. They were true to their word too - got the credit about a week later. [Nathan Forrest] [reply]
