    I've also just had what sounds like exactly the same conversation.

    Apparently these call-centre guys are in a big office with not a hint of a manager anywhere to be seen - I wish I worked in a place that had no managers, sounds perfect! No accountability, no stress, just picking up the phone all day and winding people up - great!

    I made the mistake of trying to buy a second service from them (Virtual Server). Got the emails confirming it but no actual service.

    Turns out they don't have the hardware to fulfil the order and I'm going to have to wait a week. A week?!?!?!

    Livid doesn't come close to my reaction.
