Just try to cancel and see if you can
I have been trying to cancel my account since November 2007.
I logged a cancellation ticket, no response. Logged another one, no response.
Sent a letter to the physical address listed on their website - returned as a gone away.
Fortunately the credit card being used ran out in December, so they only managed to take 1 payment they did not deserve, before it started being rejected.
10 months later and every month they try again to bill the card.
Anyone should avoid - I am not even sure anyone is there, maybe it is just running on automatic. [Mark] [reply]
